As part of my role in the channels (i.e. branding and external comms) team, I manage the company's social accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn) and create engaging and targeted content to drive greater brand awareness. I am also responsible for working on strategic campaigns to showcase our Science & Tech innovations, culture and talent.

HTX is a unique organisation that brings together science and engineering capabilities across the Home Team to transform the homeland security landscape and keep Singapore safe. I am constantly inspired by the exuberant company culture and have found it a wonderful environment for ideation and innovation. This has translated into my exciting communication strategies for the company.

I was given the opportunity to spearhead the automation of Human Resource (HR) processes as a new company initiative, and to provide training for the HR employees to share how they might leverage and maintain the workflows. As part of the marketing team, I also coordinated the development of marketing materials for Ferring products as well as live webcast events targeted at health care professionals.

With Ferring Pharmaceuticals being a research-driven, specialty biopharmaceutical group that is at the forefront of reproductive medicine and maternal health, I am proud to be a part of a company that aims to help people live better lives through innovation and R&D.
